Troubleshooting Issues with Displaying Slide Presentations

Our slide presentations require a browser with Adobe Flash Player. Most browsers have Adobe Flash, but if you haven’t kept it up to date, your browser may have disabled it automatically to protect you.

Start by visiting this page…
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
…and click on the “Check Now” button.

If you don’t have Flash installed, you will probably see a message that looks something like this:

Sorry, your computer does not have the latest Flash Player installed.
Please go to step 2. ( Your version16.0.0.305 Latest Version17.0.0.134 )

To securely browse the web you should be sure to keep Adobe Flash up to date. You can start the update from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

PRO TIP: During the update, Adobe may ask you to install either “McAfee Security Scan Plus” or “Google Chrome/Google Toolbar”. Unless you want these extra applications, you should UNCHECK the box asking you to install these.

Once the install is complete, re-visit the page…
https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html
…or press F5 to refresh it.

Scroll down a little bit and look at step #5. If you now see an animated illustration there then you will probably have success viewing our slides. If not, then your Adobe Flash is still being disabled by your browser. See step #4 on the page above to walk you through how to re-enable it.

If you both updated Adobe Flash and verified that it is active, you are now ready to start watching one of our presentations!
